Entry Requirements
In order to be considered for admission, you must:
-be a non-Chinese citizen, 18-45 years old, in good health,
-have completed senior high school education or will receive a high school diploma by the summer before matriculation at SUFE in September 2026, AND
-meet the Chinese language requirements through HSK: If your intended major is Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages, the entry requirement is HSK 4; applicants of other majors should present HSK 5, score 180 or above certification at the time of application.
-It is mandatory to take the CSCA test and get the score report in advance.
All the applicants, no matter which major you apply for, must sit the Math test. You can choose either Chinese test or English test.
Humanities Chinese test result is not required if your intended major is Teaching Chinese to speakers of Other Languages. Applicants of other majors must take Humanities Chinese test.
Important: It is advisable to take the CSCA test at an early date. The CSCA tests are designed to provide an objective measure of a student's proficiency in core subjects such as Math, Chinese language, and the test scores play a crucial role in the admission decision making process.

Program Description
This degree program, started since 2000, is developed with specialized training on general and business Chinese and offers business related modules on economics and management theory. It enables the students a high level of fluency, accuracy and confidence in the Chinese language, well awareness of China’s economy and economic policies, practical skills in communication, translation, interpretation and writing for business issues.

Please keep the original reports with you for later use when you register at the University.*4. Police Clearance Certificate
Please go to your local police authority where you reside, request that the police conduct a local or state criminal records search and provide you with a document reflecting that there is no history of a criminal record. The Police Clearance Certificate should be dated within the last 6 months. If you are unable to maintain such a document due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact Admission Office as early as possible for alternative documentation.

Your passport should be valid beyond January 31, 2027.
*9. Photo
Please use the ID photo taken within the last 6 months. The head in the photograph must be facing the camera straight on, and the face may not be obscured. The photo itself must be in color, but the background needs to be white or blue. Head coverings are prohibited.
*10. High school academic transcript
You need to apply with academic transcript for all the courses taken from high school grade one. It would be appreciated that the transcript is attached with a clarification on the grading system and how your GPA is calculated.

If you are in the final year, please upload a certificate indicating the entry and the expected completion date.

Your personal sponsor should be able to provide full financial support for your educational and living expenses for the entire length of study at SUFE. Ask your personal sponsor to complete the appropriate sections of the form Guarantee of Financial Support.pdf and provide a scanned copy of his/her passport, or ID card of the sponsor is of Chinese nationality.
